my problem is : I install Joomla thai Joomla! 1.0.15 Stable ( downloaded on your server ) i install it on my server in Europe all is ok but have probleme with character encoder :

So... To make it correct i always have to do this :





..So the question is how to make it correct at 1st display without doing anything ??

i just download all your "International" version .. it's same ...



any ideas ?
