first: many thanks for doing of real useful job. i spend many time in utf8-ising of joomla, cause of using russian, german and english on the same site/same db. you done it really clear

question: how can i use your eGov template on my another joomla-installation? i tried to install your full joomla paket - egov is 100% supported. but on trying to install egov on another joomla installation (to archive the egov folder and to install the archiv as a template) it looses the header and gives errors out, that some files like templatetools, head etc are not found (corrupted pathes).

so, what must be done to install/use egov-template on any another installation?

We will release soon (2 weeks from now) an independent eGov template

please note, that egov has a IE6-bug: left and right columns are going below of mainbody on changing of resolution or having images in columnes.
