can be this done please ? 2 languages at the same time without switching, i dont wanna use joomfish or something like, just i want the site to show 2 languages at the same time.
can be this be done with joomla international please ?

its possible to have arabic and french at the some time ? do i need to install these languages ? also i have an old sql data which is latin , its possible to convert it to utf-8 and then query it to the new joomla database ? if yes how please ?

You can just go ahead and put your arabic and french at the same time in the intro or main text field of a content. Your content will be regarded as English (or whatever default language you have) - UTF-8 content.

You have to install languages only to switch them with Joomfish.

Why don't you just go ahead and give it a try, then let us know of your website. We'll take a look.

thanks again, the problem now is with the old sql, is there a way to convert it from latin to utf-8 ? or i will need to repost everything ?

Well, I am not really sure how to convert latin to utf-8, but I have an idea. I think you can try and modify your extising tables (but make sure to back-up first) and convert them to UTF-8. Check out this link, it has some information on UTF-8 tables. http://is2.xspaces.org/2004/11/28/mysql-and-utf8
