Thanx for this, it is really what I need.
Problem is for me that I didn't find the way to add other languages.

I am working on a japanese translation, which obiously I will share.

Anyway, how do I install it?

Actually it is very easy. First Download the base pacakge of Joomla International Edition. Next Download the Default language pack. Translate all of the default language pack ( see:http://www.joomla-international.org/documents/language-pack-creation.html). The Next step is to copy all of the files and directories from your new language pack into the same directory of Joomla International. That is all. There isn't really an "install" feature like on regular Joomla, you just need to copy the files and JIE will find them. But I strongly suggest reading the document on language pack creation.
